Happy with the charm, however there delivery service and feedback was terrible, waiting over a month the receive the charm with no correspondence from anyone, nomination or delivery company. Forgot all about the charm when it did actually arrive. Would not recommend them, go to Argento in town

Ordering was easy. Delivery was given at the time as there was a delay with it being Christmas. Delivered on time was package well and really pleased with what I’d ordered. Will definitely be using again. Thank you Nomination

Easy to navigate site and easy to order. Regular updates on when the goods were ready and due to be shipped. Beautiful charms received with pretty packaging and had been securely packaged for shipping. Very happy with the exceptional quality of everything!

Nice bracelet for my husband, the only problem was the certicate/card of purchase is blank so no proof of purchase date if any issues. Hence 4 stars

Didn’t advertise on the website they were basically closed for orders for a month then when I contacted them they were quite condescending in their reply stating it was on the website. Nothing on the website, nothing when I went to checkout and nothing on my order confirmation emails. Order arrived quickly once they’d re-opened.

Dear Alice, we regret reading your review. The closure for annual inventory was clearly stated on the shipping info - displayed on each product sheet - and on the shipping information at check out. All highlighted in red. We sincerely regret that this was missed and grant that we're taking all the necessary steps to shorten the inventory times as much as we can. Excellent products. I bought two chunky gold necklaces and am thrilled and delighted with the products. To be honest it’s hard to tell from real gold. From ordering to delivery everything was excellent. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Fab. From ordering to delivery, everything went smoothly. My Grandaughter already had a bracelet and I was tempted by more links in the January sale. They were grwat value and really pretty!

I ordered 3 nomination composable links just before New Year and waited a long time for delivery, something to do with stock checking. however I did order 2 recently and received them very quickly. I have a wish list full of links I will be purchasing lots in future - love these bracelets
