Easy to use site, very quick and the jewellery looks exquisite. I purchased a link (charm) for a bracelet for a friends Birthday and it arrived she was over the moon, if she is happy, then I am happy too. Yes I would use again and yes I would recommend.

To these leadtimes you needed to add the standard times for engraved items which can go up to 10 working days. Bought my mother a gift voucher for Xmas. She ordered the charm early January and its now nearly February and she's still not received it. Customer service only speak Italian. This has been a complete nightmare and will never buy again from nomination

Bought a bracelet and two charms as a gift for Christmas. The recipient absolutely loves it! I ordered it a week before Christmas and was a little worried it wasn’t going to arrive on time as it was coming from Italy. I need not have worried, it was delivered a couple of days before Christmas. I was also kept informed from the couriers about delivery times too. Overall, an amazing experience and will definitely order again.
