Love the bracelet that I purchased for my daughter. Felt I may be a little small so I contacted customer service ti enquire if I could purchase 2 additional links. Overall good products, my girlfriend has a bracelet and I bought her some charms for her birthday. We are long distance and I had shipped them to her in the UK. I did not know that the charms do not come pre boxed in the gift wrap so she had recieved the gift wrap flat packed. I was a disappointed to find this out. That's why the 4 stars. Would've been 5 if it was packaged. Won't be buying the gift wrap again.
