The internet ordening system isn't very userfriendly. It is not directly visible that the subcategories open up when selecting single links, and once the selection has been made it is not possible to rearrange the links. Once ordered everything went very smoothly: compliments!!!!

Product and delivery great. Website is not very friendly or easy to use. Charm selection options are quite painful to navigate. Demo bracelet does nor function correctly. Often trying to add a charm in a specific location seems to shuffle the other charms around. Also found the payment processor difficult to use. It looks very different from most other site payment processes. A bit old fashioned and when I did try to pay by credit card it simply failed. Paypal option is brilliant.

I have had a nomination bracelet for a few years. I recently purchased the initials of my boys to add to my bracelet along with an infinity love symbol. Your website was easy to navigate and it was neat to view all of the different styles and categories that you have. I have decided to mix some of the gold, silver and colorful charms together to make an original bracelet that reflects my life. I was excited to receive the package within a few days. Since my parents were both born in Italy my next purchase will reflect my love of my culture and heritage.
