The products are good, the service is good! But the discount program for regular customers is lousy, it's so stingy to give a discount on the cheapest item, and the samples they send as "gifts" are a joke, it's less than you can get for free in a boutique! Do it and do it right. Focus on repeat customers without being fooled, because I think these little "bonuses" are a cheap way to flirt with the customer.
