J'ai acheté 12 kg de café qui est bien arrivé mais le seul bémol était que le carton de l'emballage était plein d'huile! Même le livreur m'a demandé si je voulais refuser cette livraison. Pas cool 😞 J'ai la photo s'il le faut pour preuve.

Oils are nice but they were delivered frozen. This affects the quality and after investing this amount in olive oils, one expects perfection. There are ways to ship items, assuring certain temperatures and this should be used.

Olico was super but their UPS delivery absolutely appalling. The delivery man was seen, sticking a notification on our door, despite the door was left open for him and we were in the house. He was not bothered to ring the bell or knock. He was seen by my neighbor. We had to go to the post office to collect the heavy box. These people get paid for their jobs.

Die Lieferung (Oele) sind hervorragend, kennen wir von unserem Lieblingsitaliener. Was allerdings nicht zufriedenstellend war, war die Lieferung über UPS. Wir wurden zweimal informiert das die Lieferung am nächsten Tag erfolgen sollte, allerdings erfolgte Die Lieferung dann erst am 3. Tag in einer Zeitschiene, welche wiederum anders angekündigt war. Zweimal von der Arbeit früher nach Hause gegangen; wer erstattet mir die Überstunden welche ich nehmen musste? Im Ergebnis werde ich reichlich überlegen, ob ich erneut bestelle, wenn die Lieferung über UPS erfolgen sollte- Sorry! Ansonsten gute Ware!

Fast delivery! I ordered from Sweden and got my package just a few days later - very good. What brings just 3 stars… I ordered 12 bottles of Balsamico, but the brand stickers on several bottles looked damaged or bad mounted… I will use these bottles for gifts, so I want the bottle to look nice!

Prodotti ottimi ma un disastro con il corriere che fa sempre quello che vuole, sbagia indirizzo, dice che non è presente il desinatario oppure inesistente peccato ma con un corriere così non vale la pena acquistare

le produit en lui-même est très bien. La commande s’est très bien passée. Par contre la livraison un vrai cauchemar j’ai été obligé de les relancer par téléphone. Livraison promise le 17 mai Livraison reçu le 23 mai. Il m’en ont raconté n’importe quoi pendant trois jours.

Une commande de 130€ qui permet d'obtenir au choix un cadeau. Surprise à la réception de la commande et surtout du cadeau. Un échantillon de vinaigre balsamique 6 ml dont le conditionnement ressemble à un rince doigts citron format carte de visite ne correspondant en rien à la photo présente sur le site Olico. Cela ne donne pas envie de gouter donc de pas acheter. A 22,90€ la bouteille d'huile d'olive je m'attendais à mieux. .

Nous regrettons que l'huile n'ait pas été à votre goût. Quant à l'échantillon de vinaigre, il s'agit d'une mondose de 6 ml, exactement comme indiqué dans la description du site. Cependant, je vous invite à le goûter car Giusti est l'un des vinaigres balsamiques les plus appréciés au monde.
