Pour l'achat, pas de problèmes. Pour la qualité des produits, c'est OK. Par contre l'emballage et la livraison c'est 0 : 1 pot en verre de cassé sur les 4 commandés (pas assez sécurisés) et une floppée de livreurs incompétent chez UPS. Voila !

Les produits étaient mal emballés, un bouteille de vinaigre s'est complètement cassée et s'est versée sur les autres. J'ai refusé la livraison. J'attends maintenant qu'on me livre de nouveau, avec un emballage plus qualitatif. Merci à la personne avec laquelle je suis en contact

In general great experience. Unfortunately the coffee tabs Lollo I bought don't work well with my Nespresso machine even if it's written they are compatible.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung, aber der Kaffee war schon 9 Monate alt., das hat mir nicht gefallen.

Wir erhalten monatlich neue Kaffeelieferungen, und es kann natuerlich sein, dass der Kaffee frueher produziert wurde, das ist jedoch vollkommen normal, da das Mindest Haltbarkeitsdatum des Kaffee zwei Jahre ist und daher nach 9 Monaten als vollkommen frisches Produkt gehandhabt wird.

I scoured the website looking for EVO that is cold pressed not cold extracted. After finding info on the website confirming cold pressed the bottles arrived clearly labelled cold extract. Service and delivery was good so if customer service can confirm the correct product I would order again.

Nachdem ich bei Ihnen schon öfter die Crema al Pistacchio von Scyavuru bestellt habe, war ich bei dieser letzten Lieferung enttäuscht, weil die Crema diesmal eher zähflüssig war und die Füllhöhe im Glas auch weniger. Ich war bisher immer begeistert über die cremige Konsistenz, die dieses Mal leider nicht vorhanden war. Es ist wohl in allen Gläsern so, 3 davon wurden schon geöffnet und es war der Inhalt jedesmal genauso!

Wir bieten tatsächlich zwei verschiedene Typen der Pistaziencreme an. Wahrscheinlich haben Sie diesmal die "Knusprig"-Variante gewählt, die mehr Pistaziengranulat enthält. Diese Granulate verleihen der Creme eine knusprige Textur und können die Konsistenz etwas dickflüssiger machen, wodurch sie möglicherweise schwerer zu streichen ist. Die cremigere Variante, die Sie in der Vergangenheit vielleicht erhalten haben, ist etwas flüssiger und lässt sich leichter verstreichen. Wir hoffen, das hilft Ihnen weiter, und entschuldigen uns für etwaige Unannehmlichkeiten!

J'ai acheté 12 kg de café qui est bien arrivé mais le seul bémol était que le carton de l'emballage était plein d'huile! Même le livreur m'a demandé si je voulais refuser cette livraison. Pas cool 😞 J'ai la photo s'il le faut pour preuve.

Oils are nice but they were delivered frozen. This affects the quality and after investing this amount in olive oils, one expects perfection. There are ways to ship items, assuring certain temperatures and this should be used.

Olico was super but their UPS delivery absolutely appalling. The delivery man was seen, sticking a notification on our door, despite the door was left open for him and we were in the house. He was not bothered to ring the bell or knock. He was seen by my neighbor. We had to go to the post office to collect the heavy box. These people get paid for their jobs.

Die Lieferung (Oele) sind hervorragend, kennen wir von unserem Lieblingsitaliener. Was allerdings nicht zufriedenstellend war, war die Lieferung über UPS. Wir wurden zweimal informiert das die Lieferung am nächsten Tag erfolgen sollte, allerdings erfolgte Die Lieferung dann erst am 3. Tag in einer Zeitschiene, welche wiederum anders angekündigt war. Zweimal von der Arbeit früher nach Hause gegangen; wer erstattet mir die Überstunden welche ich nehmen musste? Im Ergebnis werde ich reichlich überlegen, ob ich erneut bestelle, wenn die Lieferung über UPS erfolgen sollte- Sorry! Ansonsten gute Ware!
