Love the site but the Dutch translation wasn't that good, and also not consistent (there were buttons and link that led to Italian text and not translated text, the translation often reads as machine generated translation, it would be best to have your site proofread and edited by a professional translator. I'm a freelance translator myself, so I notice these issues immediately). But I will always return to buy here, so that won't stop me!

Schnelle Lieferung. Das versprochene Geschenk war leider nicht im Paket, was eher wichtiger für meine zwei Kinder gewesen wäre, sie hatten sich schon so auf den keks gefreut.

Aufgrund der schnellen Lieferung, der sehr guten Ware und der guten Preise hätte ich gerne 5 Sterne vergeben. Jedoch ließ die Verpackung diesmal zu wünschen übrig. So waren fue Kaffeepakete mit Gewalt in den Karton gedrückt, eine Verpackung platzte dabei suf und die Bohnen lagen im ganzen Karton verteilt.

Les produits sont excellents; j'ai retrouvé la qualité des artichauts, huile et anchois goûtés en Toscane en avril dernier. Olico.it a réagi rapidement quand ma livraison a "disparu" chez le transporteur et m'a renvoyé ma commande, merci! J'ai mis 4 étoiles sur 5 pour le service livraison en France qui peut être amélioré. Le transporteur ne donne pas de créneau horaire ni de possibilité de contact. C'est très gênant. Aujourd'hui je me régale avec des mets de qualité et remercie le service client très professionnel et agréable chez Olico.it. Expérience très positive.
