I ordered glasses that were listed as 'in stock' with a 5-7 day delivery time. However, a few days after I paid, I received an email saying they were actually out of stock and wouldn't be available for another 20 days. Speed was very important to me. Unfortunately, they didn't even arrive within those 20 days; it took over a month in total. By then it was too late—I had to get another pair of prescription glasses made elsewhere because Otticait couldn't meet the deadline, which was quite frustrating. On a positive note, their communication was good; they replied to my emails, and the glasses did eventually arrive. I don't need them right now since I already have another pair, but I'll keep them and maybe get the prescription lenses fitted in a year or so.

Shopping is simple. You put something in your shopping cart and pay. After that, it's only misery. Asked in advance if the sunglasses are in stock and they were there. so assumed that everything would go quickly. However, this did not happen. glasses were supposedly shipped but the status of this did not change. contacted several times and a month after ordering it was finally delivered. the only answer I had received was that it was shipped. They couldn't do anything else and I had to wait.

Prodotto a prezzo ottimo, spedizione lentissima per cui gli occhiali sono arrivati dopo la data desiderata! Peccato!

Lieferung zu lange. Statt der versprochenen vier Tage wurde das Paket 10 Tage lang zugestellt. enttäuscht.

Non sono sodisfatto purtroppo perche l'ordine non e stato spedito dopo l'aquisto ma solo dopo di che ho mandato una mail di quesito per l'ordine
