Bought TF Fletcher sunglasses, looks like they are replicas to me. The left arm is a lot more curved than the right, as well as little "hairs" of plastic sticking out around the hinges from the manufacturing process. I also received polarized lenses which it didn't state they were polarized when I was looking at them on the website.

I was sent used and damaged sunglasses that I paid nearly $400 for. After contacting the company and providing everything they had asked, I still haven’t received the return label I requested. The person “helping” me, Arianna, keeps asking for pictures of the bubble wrap. I have told her multiple times that the sunglasses were not wrapped in bubble wrap. Arianna says there is nothing she can do without bubble wrap pictures. She has pictures of the damaged sunglasses, of the busted packaging, of the boxes the sunglasses come in, the order number, the payment, everything, but no bubble wrap THAT WAS NOT WITH IT, no return label.

Otticanet shipping and follow up were excellent. Unfortunately the arms of the glasses were to short and I need to get replacements. I am awaiting word whether or not they will allow me to return the glasses. I haven't run into an online store that had to approve a return. Hopefully, I'll get a positive response.
