My sunglasses never arrived, apparently, just lost money and time.

Otticanet.com advertises as a U.S… Otticanet.com advertises as a U.S store, however the sunglasses I ordered shipped from Italy to the U.S which caused a customs clearance delay.Otticanet.com needs improvement in terms of their shipping procedures.This is not an efficient way to provide quality customer service.It has been 18 days since I placed my order on Otticanet.com and the item ,still doesn't have a delivery date.Purchasing from Otticanet.com has been a major inconvenience as I have had to call and email FedEx and Otticanet.com several times to inquire about the status of my order and its delivery delay.

Horrible , I placed my order on April 19th , today is may 4th and I still haven’t receive it

The Cartier sunglasses were excellent. Looked much better in hand. Received the glasses in a couple of weeks because they were shipped internationally. Also got them for a great price.

I still have not received my glasses. Otticanet states they have been in touch with FedEx, and FedEx claims it is still not released from customs. It's been almost two months since my purchase.

Amazing fast reliable service….. glasses i got sell for 700$ us. Paid 300$ Canadian and they were packaged so well and very authentic…. Amazing customer service!!!

Avant de commander mes lunettes, j'avais comme tout le monde quelques doutes sur la légimitimité d'une entreprise située sur un autre continent. Est-ce une arnaque, est-ce des copies, aurais-je de la difficulté à me faire rembourser si je n'aime pas le produit? J'ai fait confiance et je n'ai pas eu tort. Le produit a été livré dans les délais. Les lunettes étaient de véritables Matsuda avec certificat. Par contre le style ne me convenait pas et je les ai retournées. (Question de style, rien à voir avec la qualité du produit) Le retour et le remboursement se sont faits sans problèmes. Bien sûr j'ai absorbé la perte des frais de transports mais c'est tout à fait normal. Bref à ceux qui auraient des doutes; cette compagnie est fiable. Je recommande.
