Ich hab Brille für 218 Euro gekauft aber die große der Brille passt nicht zu mir und anstatt 218 Euro OTTICANET bezahlt mit 196 Euro zurück . Das ist sehr unprofessionell und überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert

According to our "Returns and refunds policy" the return shipping cost has been withheld from the refund. Hello, we checked and Fedex correctly delivered your parcel. We apologize for the long delivery time that has been unexpected and out of our control. US Customs made some unusual random controls on import packages and this caused delays in the deliveries. We promptly sent to Fedex all the documents that they requested to release the package. We ship glasses all over the world since more than 20 years and we have never had so long delivery time. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we assure you that now Customs clearance process is back to normal. We remain at your disposal. Kind regards Otticanet
