I bought from Switzerland and the process was super smooth. They sent an email before shipping the product to be sure I was aware of extra duties and I found this to be very correct! I got my parcel in two days! 5 stars for me!!

Why I need to pay additional taxes with FEDEX in Mexico ?

Hello, Orders shipped to extra EU countries do not include VAT and this is why you have been asked to pay for import duties and fees once the parcel reached your location. Please note that import taxes and duties do not depend on us but on your Customs as you ordered from a European Union country. Best site to purchase glasses. But unfortunately sunglasses I purchased wasn’t that good. It’s too tight at the end near to my ears which hearts my skull. Please make sure through pictures or info that the bridge ( of some glasses) getting tight in the end of the bridge. Thank you

The customer service experience with Otticanet was good. They needed more info after I put in my order and were quick to resolve the issue. The order was promptly shipped and received on time. The box was damaged when it arrived, and the FedEx tracking also was confusing... I think these were issues on FedEx's end and not Otticanet's, though.
