Recent experience is great. Customer service is responsive. But only one time in the past I purchased a men persol sunglasses the left side of hinge was too loose.

I ordered what I wanted online; it was dispatched the next working day. I was slightly worried whether I needed to pay tax and charges, as I live in the UK, and the website wasn't completely clear. At the end, there were no charges, and the sunglasses are as described. I felt the service was quick and efficient.
