I ordered a pair of Balenciaga sunglasses from Otticanet. I was somewhat skeptical because it was the cheapest price I could find online and never had purchased anything from them. I was in SHOCK with the fact I had the sunglasses delivered in Melbourne - AUS from Italy within 3 DAYS via Fedex. I will recommend this store to all my friends moving forward. Excellent Service. I can't tell you how pleased i am with my purchase!!! I ordered Tiffany sunglasses that, even after duties, cost almost $200 less on Otticanet than anywhere else in Canada. I wasn't sure what to expect after reading all the reviews but WOW! They came quickly, and packaged perfectly. They were in an official Tiffany sunglasses case and packed in the bright blue Tiffany box with the warranty, care info, etc. Just AMAZING! They perfect and exactly what I wanted. I am SO ordering from here again!!!

I had bad experience, after I completed my order suddenly I have found my order has been changed and the reason is one the sunglasses is sold out and that was shocking to me as i supposed to know about the availability before I complete my order. This will be the reason for me to not buy anything again.

Usually they inform us about the sold out models, so that we can remove them from our web-site. But sometimes this doesn't happen, unfortunately.
