Die Brille ist super, sieht gut aus und entspricht meinen Erwartungen. Einziges Manko, Brille ist minimal verzogen an den Bügeln. Hoffe, mein hiesiger Optiker kann dies korrigieren!?

Shipped as promised, received a tracking number within 48 hours , from Italy to my door in Canada in six days. My new sunglasses were 100% authentic, great price, couldn’t be happier! Otticanet is an excellent company to deal with. Will be shopping with them again in the future.

I purchased a 500 dollar pair of sunglasses and it did not bring a hard case. I reached out and they basically apologized and said they can’t send me one. Because of the size of the sunglasses

Hello, ​w​e are sorry to read your review. ​As we confirmed in private, each item comes in its own case, provided by the official manufacturer. Large and over size glasses usually come in a soft pouch as a hard case would be too big and bulky. We are sorry but we can't choose the case, as each model comes in its own case from the official manufacturer. In the past, this model came with that hard case, but since January 2025 model BV1273S comes with the soft pouch you received. We remain at your disposal. Kind regards Otticanet

My first and (so far) only experience with Otticanet was excellent. I live in Australia and searched online for a particular pair of Celine sunglasses. Otticanet was one of a few stockists. I was nervous as I’d not previously heard of Otticanet but the purchase, communication and delivery was all fast and superb. And I love the sunglasses!
