I bought Cartier’s glasses. But there were traces of use on the nose pads of the glasses. It was very poor quality fitting lenses. So I change the again at local shop.

I ordered AR frames on 01/14/26 next day got a FedEx tracking number & a delivery date oy 01/21/26. On 01/20/26 FedEx tracking said clearance delay. I emailed Otticanet asking them to either correct whatever is the issue or return my money to the account it was drawn on. I got a reply stating the problem has been corrected and I should get an updated FedEx delivery date? On 01/23/26 FedEx tracking went from clearance delay with a ! sign to delivery updated ! sign. No delivery date. I have emailed Otticanet 3 additional times enquiring and asking for my money back since there is no product. Buyers be aware of this company, they are a shady organization at best a scam at worst.

This was my first purchase from Otticanet. Fulfillment was a major problem, inconsistent with your published fulfillment policies, and downright unsatisfactory. Fulfillment took about 3 weeks before FedEx shipping. By the time of delivery, I had left the delivery address. Customer service did not send me a FedEx return label nor did they refunds and credit my charge card. I would never recommend anyone make a purchase from Otticanet based upon this experience which was totally unacceptable. And customer service had the nerve to shift blame to FedEx ! Inexcusable, unsatisfactory and inexcusable. Never order from Otticanet if you want to receive your purchase in a timely fashion! .

It was the worst experience. I order the item 11/29. It says. 20-25 days. And it finally shipped now 12/30 it still stuck at custom. I ask for help and no one has answer me so far. Not a great experience at all.

Still haven't gotten the package the seller says I have to be here to sign for it yet for two straight days they haven't showed up. I missed work for this so this is costing me tons of money there's no way to contact them easily and no support as to why the package is the slowest moving one in history cant wait to never do this again I shudder about what could be wrong with the product if this is how it is so far

I purchased a 500 dollar pair of sunglasses and it did not bring a hard case. I reached out and they basically apologized and said they can’t send me one. Because of the size of the sunglasses

Bought TF Fletcher sunglasses, looks like they are replicas to me. The left arm is a lot more curved than the right, as well as little "hairs" of plastic sticking out around the hinges from the manufacturing process. I also received polarized lenses which it didn't state they were polarized when I was looking at them on the website.

I was sent used and damaged sunglasses that I paid nearly $400 for. After contacting the company and providing everything they had asked, I still haven’t received the return label I requested. The person “helping” me, Arianna, keeps asking for pictures of the bubble wrap. I have told her multiple times that the sunglasses were not wrapped in bubble wrap. Arianna says there is nothing she can do without bubble wrap pictures. She has pictures of the damaged sunglasses, of the busted packaging, of the boxes the sunglasses come in, the order number, the payment, everything, but no bubble wrap THAT WAS NOT WITH IT, no return label.

Ich hab Brille für 218 Euro gekauft aber die große der Brille passt nicht zu mir und anstatt 218 Euro OTTICANET bezahlt mit 196 Euro zurück . Das ist sehr unprofessionell und überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert

Hello, we checked and Fedex correctly delivered your parcel. We apologize for the long delivery time that has been unexpected and out of our control. US Customs made some unusual random controls on import packages and this caused delays in the deliveries. We promptly sent to Fedex all the documents that they requested to release the package. We ship glasses all over the world since more than 20 years and we have never had so long delivery time.
