Otticanet sent me the wrong size. I ordered 51 but got the 53. So now I have asked them to fix that and arrange so I get what I ordered. I have not gotten any response to my request yet, and it’s been close to a week now. Beside the size-issue, I found the frame I was looking for, price was good and preparing with prescription lenses and shipping was super quick! (FedEx failed on their end with the delivery but can’t blame Otticanet too much for that)

The shipment arrived damaged from abroad, and this is dangerous because it can be broken. The glasses are open and have dust on them, and the cardboard is not new. I expect my last dealings with you.

Hello Mohammed, We are sorry for the inconvenience. First of all we assure you that all our glasses are brand new, we order them from the official manufacturers and they come directly from them. It's very strange as we always ship all our glasses with appropriate packaging in order to avoid any damage. When we shipped your parcel, it was in perfect condition. Probably it has been damaged on its way to you. Please consider that your parcel could have been opened and inspected by Customs and Customs workers could have touched your glasses. It would be nice if you could wash your glasses with water and mild soap or remove the dust with the cleaning cloth provided. We remain at your disposal for any further information. I purchased sunglass.howover, I received it without wiper.

Hello Abdullah, We checked and this model comes just with the fabric pouch and not with the cleaning cloth. The Official Manufacturer does not provide any cleaning cloth for the Giorgio Armani - AR 8171. To clean your glasses you can use the microfiber pouch. We remain at your disposal. Glasses were delivered very quickly, but the picture was different to the delivered glasses, which was disappointing

We usually suggest to our Customers to open the pictures by clicking on each photo in order to check the products and their details, so that everything is clear. Moreover the color description "BLACK ORANGE/VIOLET" mentions the orange rim you do not like. As you did not like your glasses you returned them and we refunded your payment. Schnelle Lieferung aber leider war das Brillengestell komplett verzogen,. Icj war auf das Festell angewiesen, so dass eine Rückgabe zu lange gedauert hätte. Der aootiker wird nun formen müssen und ich hoffe, dass es eine Originalbrille ist. Meine anderen Dior Etoile hatten nie so ein Problem.

It is easy to fix bringing them to a local optician that will regulate them directly on your face. As soon as you reported this, we immediately contacted you in order to help you. My return experience was not great, I could not fill up the form online, and also had to pay 12€ to return for an item that didn’t suit me. Not the best customer experience.

Order arrived very quickly, even though travelling from the EU to UK. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong item - same glasses, wrong colour. The customer support phone number on the website was not answered, but response to email within a couple of hours. Finally arranged to return the wrong item, which took multiple emails, but they refused to send out the correct item until the wrong one was returned (as other retailers would do). The correct pair finally arrived a week late, and they did not offer to refund the extra payment made for priority shipping. This meant it missed the date required for being given as a gift. Overall, poor experience, would not order from again.

I was disappointed with the experience as I was asked if I wanted to switch to another model that was in stock, and was provided with a URL. The picture I viewed upon opening the link was another white pair so I said it's fine to switch. However, I received a bright green pair. Upon checking the url again it appears they were a little pic at the bottom of the page. I'm not sure why I wasn't sent a link that took me directly to the specific product page of the green model

We provided the link to the page of that model, where you could find all the colours including the green/blue. Good morning. I am very sorry to say that I am not happy at all with your service. When I opened the RAy Ban Shooter sunglass box, I found one glass loose and is about to fall down. Luckily, I saw it and caught immediately otherwise that one glass would have fallen down and broken. You have mentioned that its cost is SAR 415, but I paid almost SAR 620 for it and see what happened. That's why I said that I am not happy.

I want to exchange a pair of porche sunglasses that i ordered in a size to small. But i cant return them! When i went online to register the return it said i would get a shipping label and pickup with Fedex 18 of july. But nothing happened. I did not get a label and no Fedex came. I tried to register the return one more time and got "return not accepted". So i tried to contact you on mail 22 of july. Still waiting! The first pair i ordered was sent the next day. The second pair i ordered 14 of july. Now its 26, and nothing has happened? I hope you can help me with this soon
