My sunglasses did not fit into the case provided. Not sure if this was the original case? Also the sunglasses are crooked and need to be adjusted, not sure where I can go to get this done.

ordinato un paio di Salice arrivati dopo un mese , per consegna nel territorio nazionale , mi dispiace ma chiuso con Otticanet...

Buongiorno Giorgio, ci dispiace non aver spedito il suo ordine tempestivamente. Tutti gli occhiali con la scritta "In magazzino, pronto per la spedizione" oppure "Sono rimasti solo 1 . Ordina presto!" sono disponibili in magazzino. Ordiniamo tutti i modelli non in stock al fornitore ufficiale dopo aver ricevuto l'ordine, ecco perché Le abbiamo fornito delle nuove tempistiche stimate di consegna. L'articolo ordinato ha subito un ritardo di produzione purtroppo, dunque abbiamo dovuto attendere la fine del ciclo produttivo. Non appena abbiamo ricevuto l'occhiale nel nostro magazzino l'abbiamo contattata per confermarle il giorno di ricezione della merce. Tuttavia siamo riusciti ad ottenere un suo riscontro dopo 5 giorni. Questo ha ritardato ulteriormente la ricezione del prodotto. Ci auguriamo di avere in futuro un'altra possibilità per farLe cambiare opinione su di noi. Restiamo a disposizione. Cordiali saluti Otticanet

The product and process of shipping went as expected, but I was charged significant taxes and duties on the import. This issue has still not been rectified after contacting the company. If your website is explicit about paying all taxes for products and doesn't deliver or make things right, I can't recommend using Otticanet. It's completely false advertising.

I haven't received my sunglasses yet!! Where are they??

Hello Joanna, We checked your purchase and shipment. You placed your order on Sunday and we dispatched it on Monday as the courier doesn't work on the weekend. We shipped your parcel from our warehouse in Italy to your country (Australia) with FedEx priority service and it was correctly delivered on July 16th. Probably you received your glasses just a few hours after you posted this review. We remain at your disposal. Yours Otticanet

Otticanet sent me the wrong size. I ordered 51 but got the 53. So now I have asked them to fix that and arrange so I get what I ordered. I have not gotten any response to my request yet, and it’s been close to a week now. Beside the size-issue, I found the frame I was looking for, price was good and preparing with prescription lenses and shipping was super quick! (FedEx failed on their end with the delivery but can’t blame Otticanet too much for that)

The shipment arrived damaged from abroad, and this is dangerous because it can be broken. The glasses are open and have dust on them, and the cardboard is not new. I expect my last dealings with you.

Hello Mohammed, We are sorry for the inconvenience. First of all we assure you that all our glasses are brand new, we order them from the official manufacturers and they come directly from them. It's very strange as we always ship all our glasses with appropriate packaging in order to avoid any damage. When we shipped your parcel, it was in perfect condition. Probably it has been damaged on its way to you. Please consider that your parcel could have been opened and inspected by Customs and Customs workers could have touched your glasses. It would be nice if you could wash your glasses with water and mild soap or remove the dust with the cleaning cloth provided. We remain at your disposal for any further information. I purchased sunglass.howover, I received it without wiper.

Hello Abdullah, We checked and this model comes just with the fabric pouch and not with the cleaning cloth. The Official Manufacturer does not provide any cleaning cloth for the Giorgio Armani - AR 8171. To clean your glasses you can use the microfiber pouch. We remain at your disposal.
