Why I need to pay additional taxes with FEDEX in Mexico ?

Hello, Orders shipped to extra EU countries do not include VAT and this is why you have been asked to pay for import duties and fees once the parcel reached your location. Please note that import taxes and duties do not depend on us but on your Customs as you ordered from a European Union country. Delivery deadlines were not met

Hello, ​we are sorry about your review. ​We checked and Fedex correctly delivered your parcel. We apologize for the long delivery time that has been unexpected and out of our control. US Customs made some unusual random controls on import packages and this caused delays in the deliveries. We promptly sent to Fedex all the documents that they requested to release the package. We ship glasses all over the world since more than 20 years and we have never had so long delivery time. World class customer service! But the replacement arms I received, don't't look at all like the arms that broke on Garrett Leicht Markus frames I purchased. So I am back to a brand new pair of glasses with 2 temple tips cracked because the replacement arms I received don't look at all like what's even on the picture of the glasses I purchased. Never in my life had I had arms on a glasses break or ever have to shell out hundreds more on replacement arms that don't match or even look like what's in the photo of the glasses on stock photos of the Markus frames. Unbelievable.

A fairly good experience, but shipping and delivering the order takes a long time.

i should of been told at time of purchase that the item was not in stock. needing to wait and extra couple of weeks to be delivered. i would of just purchased them locally for the extra $30 and not wait as long

everything was amazing the process the product i knew what to buy i worked in eyewear store for years but my experience fell short when Fedex asked me to pay 60 $ for clearance which that was Clearfield beforehand that everything was perfect will buy again from the site

I ordered sunglasses and although i loved them in the picture it did not state that they were childrens glasses. They are too small and i will be sending them back. I really wish there was the same style in adults.

Hello, we are sorry for the inconvenience. First of all we assure you that all our glasses are authentic and brand new, according to the manufacturers' quality control. Please consider that brand new glasses normally make some noise when you open and close the arms, as the acetate layers are new. We usually recommend to clean your glasses with water at room temperature and mild soap and to keep the glasses safe in their own case. After you wash your glasses and use them for a certain timeframe, they should not make any noise. We remain at your disposal. Kind regards Otticanet
