The product as always is authentic and exactly what I wanted. The delivery process was terrible - the product was delayed - 1st as “ out of stock” then taking weeks in transport. When I finally received the product 5 weeks after ordering the box was ripped open and had obviously been caught up in customs for inspection.

Shipping was great, came in good time and the product/packaging was well kept. The product itself has signs of scratching on the lenses and wear on the inside of the arms (half the logo is worn off) Wasn’t aware of this as I thought they were brand new? I know they don’t make this specific model anymore. Everything else was perfect

Ich bin insgesamt zufrieden mit meinem Einkauf. Allerdings hatte meine Brille einen kleinen Kratzer an der Seite. Nichtsdestotrotz habe ich den Schaden gemeldet und daraufhin eine kleine Gutschrift erhalten, was mich wieder zufrieden gestellt hat.

shopping experience very good but very expensive to return goods.

With reference to return shipping cost, we can provide return labels with international and fast couriers to all our Customer This is made in order to help Customers in the return process, but, as stated on our web-site, shipping costs are on Customer's charge. Otticanet shipping and follow up were excellent. Unfortunately the arms of the glasses were to short and I need to get replacements. I am awaiting word whether or not they will allow me to return the glasses. I haven't run into an online store that had to approve a return. Hopefully, I'll get a positive response.

There were scratches in the glass and the case cover which was sent along with the frame. It was not cleaned too. It seemed like a used one. But thought of not mentioning it. Over all an ok experience.

Moreover, all our employees use gloves to handle the glasses. Your parcel could have been opened and inspected by Customs and Customs workers may have touched them. If something is not ok with the order we usually suggest contacting our customer service immediately in order to make the timely investigations with the official manufacturer and to solve the issue. Recent experience is great. Customer service is responsive. But only one time in the past I purchased a men persol sunglasses the left side of hinge was too loose.

Love my new sunglasses! I have to admit, I was skeptical at first. The glasses were out of stock, but as promised, they shipped the following week! Communication was great, I would absolutely buy from Otticanet again!

I was very pleased with the eyeglasses frame and lenses — the quality and style were exactly what I was looking for. However, the delay in shipping the order was frustrating and took away from an otherwise great experience. I hope the delivery process can be improved in the future.
