I recently had the pleasure of shopping with Parma Shop for some authentic Italian parmesan cheese and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I placed my order, the customer service was top-notch. The team at Parma Shop was very responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions about the different types of parmesan they offer and helping me to make the best selection for my needs. When my order arrived, the packaging was top-quality and the cheese was beautifully presented. But the real test was in the taste, and let me tell you, the parmesan from Parma Shop did not disappoint. It was absolutely delicious - creamy, nutty, and full of flavor. I will definitely be returning to Parma Shop for all of my parmesan cheese needs in the future. Overall, my online shopping experience with Parma Shop was exceptional. The customer service was friendly and attentive, the packaging was top-notch, and the cheese was of the highest quality. I highly recommend Parma Shop to anyone looking for authentic Italian parmesan cheese.

The delivery was late. The packaging was really really bad. Not easy to open and very difficult to discard foam insert and other unmentioned materials. I’m sure the cheese will be great. Hence, the 3 stars instead of 1.

Thank you for your feedback, although we are sorry to read non positive reviews when things go objectively smooth. We try to do our best, and this was true also for your order. It was placed in a night before a National holiday in Italy (on the 8th of December), thus shipped the following available day (on the 9th evening). It was delivered in 3 working days, shipped from Parma to the US. Packaging includes a polystirene box to protect temperature and we also try to close the parcel well in order no to damage products inside. Best regards, ParmaShop

As explained privately, all orders sent outside the EU are normally stopped at the Customs for controls. Meritava 5 stelle ma ne ho date 4 solo perché c'è stato un piccolo incidente durante l'apertura del pacco, il contenuto del cesto era capiente ed un manico nn ha retto al peso e si è inclinato, detto questo, i prodotti nn sono da 5 stelle ma da 10 stelle, regalo fatto molto ma molto apprezzato, certamente farò molti altri acquisti
