Outstanding cheese I cannot stop eating this cheese - it is truly spectacular. I'm glad I purchased 15 lbs. Two have been gifts and the last three are for me. As you get deeper into the wedge, the crystals come out and it tastes even better. Enjoy, and I will be back for more.

If you can't get to Italy this is the next best thing We normally buy our Parmiggiano when we go to our house in Umbria but of course this year it is very difficult. We discovered the Parma shop on-line during the first lock down in England and bought a 1 Kg block of the 24 month Parmiggiano. The price was virtually the same as in Umbria and the shipping charge very reasonable. As to the cheese its relatively young but absolutely delicious. The only time we have eaten cheese like this was in Parma itself where of course the PArmiggiano as well as the prosciutto are the best anywhere. But overall its the quality of service and speed of delivery that stand out - simply the best we have encountered.

Wonderful! The Pecorino Toscano is less salty than a Romano, it is creamy. It is nutty, it is very smooth and rich. Pairs well with a good Red Wine and fruit. We like it with our fresh grown Figs and an Amarone. Shipping to the States was fast and on time. Thank You Roberta! Grazie Mille!

Best I ever had! We had planned to visit Parma this Spring. That was cancelled. I was lucky to find Parmashop online. What a wonderful moment. Next best thing to being there. Real Parma cheese is unlike anything remotely called Parma in the USA. Creamy, rich, exploding with flavor. It makes everything we use it for so much better. Plus, the shipping was faster than the timeline they gave us on their website and we got updates of the shipping progress every step of the way. The cheese arrived early and in perfect condition. We will buy more!
