Nice and tasty! Great dressing. It hard to go back to cheap vinegars after having some of these better quality offerings. It is tangy and sweet and gives my salads a lovely taste.

Excellent and a great deal too Used to make cacio e pepe spaghetti. Came out fabulous. I am a fan and I know it is tough to find this cheese at this price in California. Way awesome. Highly recommend. Eating plain, even added to pizza.... Shipped fast and well packaged.

Excellent and inexpensive Way better than tomato paste...add to soups ,stews and anything that requires tomato. It kicks up flavor without chemicals (msg and such).

I wanted something different I purchased this particular cheese because I was looking for something other than cow cheese. This did not disappoint at all. I have have goats milk cheese (not feta) which tasted 'farmy', so I was a little concerned. Once I opened the package and took a taste, the cheese was SO delicious. You can tell it is not cow cheese because of the taste, texture and a very subtle pleasant after taste. My wife, who has a vanilla palate, loves the cheese. I will definitely purchase again. I have ordered from Parma Shop a few times and have never been disappointed. They are a great company to do business with.
