The products are great, transportation is a disaster, don't use FedEx anymore please. They promised delivery on a Thursday before 18, the products was delivered three days later Best regards

Wonderful product. Really good service. Safe ond careful transportation, so we always recieve a fresh procuct even though we live in Denmark.

I have used Parmashop several times and I'm very happy. I can get products which are unavailable in my country. My orders have always arrived in time and are shipped perfectly with cooling elements and in cardboard boxes.

Generally their claim handling is unprofessional, they respond with emotional prejudice and have delusional view of their competence. Totally arrogant and no tolerance criticism for their work. In other words amateurs. There's separate email conversation available, which proves my conclusions presented here.

A disaster this time. Delivery took 8 days and the cheese arrived melted. Good for the trash. The ham was the same. Delivery and packing was totally inappropriate. What a pity...
