A mature cheese with excellent texture, slice-able and just a little crystalline. Full-bodied and faintly sweet. The Saporoso pairs great and is on the thicker side, which I prefer. Dense but not cloying or candied.

Have not eaten this cheese yet. Waiting for later today, Sunday, when my family comes to join us for our midday meal together. The cheese smells wonderful!
