Great Product The Balsamic Vinegar is incredible. I can only image what the never level up tastes like. Shipping was very prompt and I have enjoyed trying this vinegar. I heard about it on a show called Somebody Feed Phil and it's well worth the cost.

Good product but poorly packed The salami arrived in usable but not fresh condition, due to inadequate ice packs and poor insulation. Based on other deliveries of refrigerated food products there needed to have been about twice as many ice packs and a far larger and better insulated box.

Fun way to engage with foodie friends during the "times of COVID" We watched the Netflix series about cooking (Fat, Heat, Sour, Salt) and learned about the manufacture of "real" Parmesan cheese. We've been eating Parmesan cheese all our lives but never tasted anything aged more than 10 months (Costco). We like it a lot and still use it in pesto. But these Parmesans aged 2, 3 and 4 years are in another gustatory universe. Not for the average foodie as they are quite strong in flavor. But for the adventurous, the combination of strong flavor, excellent texture, and wonderful aroma, we can't imagine a better deal. The cost of the cheese, including the cost of shipping, was less from these merchants in Italy than inferior Parmesans are locally. And we ordered from Italy on Tuesday and the cheese arrived in Oregon on Friday! Don't tell the vendors that or they might raise the prices. We are going to give blocks of cheese as holiday gifts this year. Best of all, given that we're only entertaining friends outside until a vaccine is found, sharing these cheeses is something everyone appreciates.
