The taste was good The reason I gave only 1 star for shipping: it arrived warm and the ice was melted. But the taste is good but I can get equal taste from I gourmet.com.

Excellent product, price, and of course company I orderred Parmigiano Reggiano Pdo of Italy Bonat matured for 4 years. The taste was incredable. I lived in Italy in Florence, Tuscany for about a year and fell in love with the Italian food as well as friendly hot-blooded Italian people. But I did not have an opportunity to taste such an excellent cheese which is full of heavenly flavor exploding in your mouth. I also ordered 7 year old of Bogat Parmigiano Reggiano for which I am anxiously waiting for it to arrive. The ParmaShop did an excellent job for the shipping (it was fast and and arrived in 2 days) and they add a knive to cut the cheese as a gift. Many thanks.

Is This Heaven or What? When I die, my Heaven will include 2 must haves - my amaretto cheesecake and 4 year Bonat. If you love the good life, it can only happen with Bonat and Roberta. The cheese is simply indescribable. There are no words. It would be like trying to describe Michelangelo, Enrico Caruso, and the Italian countryside around Parma. Do not leave this world without having tasted this 4 year parmigiano-reggiano. IF you love fettucine, this is the only way to go!
