AWESOME VALUE I'm so happy about this purchase. I was like a kid on Christmas morning when the package arrived direct from Italy only 5 days after my purchase. Haven't had chance to try the pesto sauce so I can't comment on that. The cheese is amazing and so delicious. It grates beautifully or you can just eat little chunks like I do! I bought 6 lbs and it cost $90 USD total ($15/lb). At the local supermarket, the cheese isn't even Italian and it costs $30/lb. The value here is unbelievable. I read that it's possible to grate and freeze any excess cheese to increase its lifespan, but I think I'll go through this cheese within 8 months! If you're on the fence about this, BUY IT

Blows away any Parm that I've ever had from the U.S. The quality is beyond great! Taste was fantastic! My wife and I have been putting it on everything. Love the pesto too! Terrific flavor! The price was great too! The shipping cost is very reasonable. Arrived in 2 days all the way from Italy! WOW! Great packing job! Very impressed with Parmashop.
