Delicious The delivery was quick. The ham has very fine flavor. To compare to the other similar hams that I have already eaten this one was less salty and finer. We met together with a few friends to taste your ham and most of them had the same opinion. This product is delicious. I just wonder what could I expect from your hams with longer ripening.

Je m'attendais à mieux, car lorsque j'ai commencé à trancher, j'ai tout de suite été surpris par l'importance du gras, malheureusement, cela s'est avéré être le cas pour l'ensemble du produit. Certes je conviens qu'il en faut, et que c'est (en partie) le meilleur, mais pas d'une telle importance Donc, oui, j'ai été déçu, et ne recommanderai (ni ne recommande) ce produit.

Most delicious!!!!! We are big fan of Parmigiano Reggiano at our house. We wanted to try the more aged and found Parmashop on the internet as we usually only have easy access to the 1-year aged. Considering this cheese arrived directly from Italy, the service was very fast! We were able to track our package online and we were excited to see it arrive in our city. We planned a pasta dinner with roasted cod to feature our purchase, but first we had to taste it as soon as it arrived. The BEST parmigiano reggiano we have ever had! Full of tryosine crystals. So complex and wonderful. We tossed it generously on our fresh made pasta with some high quality olive oil and served with with fresh pan seared/finished in a hot oven Pacific cod and a side dish of pan roasted green beans and garlic. Absolutely wonderful. Thank you for sharing this wonderful product with the world. Worth the price!
