Great Cheese I've been ordering Parmigiano from Parmashop for several years and am always very happy with the product. This last order of Mountain Parmigiano is wonderful. I make pizza dough and keep it in the fridge and it is very easy to put together single sized pizzas anytime I feel like it - which is often - using this cheese as a topping is a real luxury that I appreciate immensely. Thank you Italy for this great product and for all your great recipes, the perfect cuisine! I pay less per pound for this top quality cheese than I would at whole foods, of course I order a lot to make that true, but it keeps well and doesn't last long enough to go bad anyway.

Cesto regalo inviato in Usa La qualità dei prodotti non si discute. Il prezzo aumentato in prossimità delle feste natalizie non è stata una bella sorpresa ed anche il costo del trasporto aumentato rispetto ad un anno fa è stata una sgradita sorpresa.

Acquired Taste...Excellent Just ate one five minutes ago. The first one out of the box was a bit of a surprise. I did not know what to expect. The chocolate is a little dense in texture. The balsamic is favorable. The combination is an acquired taste. I have eaten about 6 of these and enjoyed each one more than the previous one so a bit addicting like learning to like Scotch. All I can write is this is an excellent product and introduction to this taste combination. I will buy this again, however, I am now experimenting with balsamic drizzled over different kinds of chocolate.

Excellent service. Our only negative was that the gift purchases were to include one of your Christmas card selections. None of the gifts arrived with a card so people were confused as to who sent the cheese.

Nutty Remarkable. I was amazed by the 5 year Bonat and the 7 year Bonat is different in a way I prefer. Both are nutty, however, the 7 year has a deeper flavor. I will continue to buy both as I now am addicted. This cheese is well worth the price and stores well. As alway ParmaShop has sensational products and employees. I enjoy the purchasing process and appreciate the sincere follow up from Roberta.
