Bestellabwicklung und Versand liefen wie immer reibungslos und schnell ab. Überrascht hat mich das Glas leckerer Tomatensauce, das dem Paket als kleine Aufmerksamkeit beilag. Vielen Dank dafür.

Ordering is fine and easy. Shipping out of country is poor at best. They do not utilize enough dry ice to keep the contents adequately cold. My order arrived a day earlier than expected; but the cheeses were room (ambient) temperature. Not the least bit chilled.

Sono ormai un cliente abituale di Parma shop e posso affermare che il loro parmigiano Vacche Rosse è il miglior parmigiano che io abbia mai mangiato, io acquisto sempre il 40 mesi di stagionatura, prodotto eccezionale con un sapore pieno e persistente in bocca ma allo stesso tempo giusto di sale e ben bilanciato. Vivendo all'estero esattamente in Svezia, sono felice di poter acquistare prodotti di alta qualità da Parma shop che altrimenti non potrei reperire nei vari negozi. Le consegne sono puntuali e l'imballaggio è sempre stato fatto con cura impeccabile e il formaggio viene spedito con del ghiaccio secco che gli permette di arrivare a destinazione ancora fresco. très satisfait des produits, de l'emballage mais je trouve les frais de port "démeusurés" 13€ 19€ de supplément alors que l'on est presque voisins. c'est dommage

Les tarifs d'expédition demandés correspondent à un remboursement des frais pour arriver à destination, car notre politique est basée sur des prix transparents. Sur notre boutique en ligne, ils sont donc réduits au minimum. Malheureusement, atteindre un endroit sur une île, ou dans les montagnes, ou dans le désert par voie terrestre coûte plus cher que d'atteindre un endroit sur le continent, malgré la proximité géographique. I have been buying parmesan from ParmaShop for many years. Cheese is always great and the prices reasonable. But what wasn't good a few years ago was the shipping--took way too long and quite expensive. I think it was last year when you changed your shipping company (at least to the US) and that was most welcome. Shipping times are now excellent and rates are ok.
