The service provided was exemplary and felt very personal.The 25 year old balsamic vinegar was sublime and delicious. The balsamic vinegar was a present for our anniversary and the gift was very well received..I shall look forward to purchasing more fine produce

I had GREAT experience buying from ParmaShop. I am in the US and we had a hiccup in customs. ParmaShop impressed me by responding promptly and taking care of the problem. The quality of the items is also amazing. I purchased as a gift form an older Italian friend and he loved the cheese. I would definitely purchase again from this shop.

Hi Good arrived to right now, one day later than anticipated Anyway all Løkka good but temperature in box were way to high so next time we need to go for a faster shipment.

Another delicious shipment at a very reasonable price all the way to the US. I'm hooked! I only wish the packaging could somehow be sustainable, I can't recycle styrofoam.

A slight delay at the Customs might happen and this does not depend on the carrier or on the seller - this type of bureaucracy is mostly out of our control. Great cheese. Unhappy with the shipping cost bait and switch (required to pay extra 10 Euros a few days after making the order, before package would be shipped) Should get the correct shipping cost up front!
