Cher client, comme vérifié en privé, le jambon expédié début février 2023, de production 07/2021 indiquait une date de consommation préférable dans le 06/2023, donc 4-5 mois de stockage après expédition, comme suggéré sur le site, en calculant le assaisonnement minimum de 16 mois. Cependant, s'agissant d'une viande sans conservateur et qui se conserve grâce à son salage, nous suggérons toujours une consommation assez rapide et de ne pas conserver le produit au frigo (surtout sans sa mise sous vide) aussi longtemps.
