I have ordered parmesan cheese from your site for many years and the product has been wonderful. The 3 wedges I recently ordered arrived warm and the cheese is a very dense, waxy texture without the usual flavor. I'm not sure if the product or the temperature was the problem so I will likely find another source.

We are sorry we have never received something similar, but only a negative review.
