The products ordered are exceptional! Parmigiano Reggiano, balsamic vinegar, cold cuts, olive oil, all of these are dreamy. But there is something that surpasses everything: the experience of buying from these wonderful people! They packed everything as if it were a valuable treasure, sent the package in a thermo-insulated box with dry ice inside and made sure that the package left on a Monday so that it wouldn't stay in the courier's warehouses over the weekend. This attention to detail and to their wonderful products as well as to their customers is priceless! Hats off!

July 7, 2025 From the inception of my search for Red Cows Parmigiano Reggiano on the ParmaShop site I was pleased with the set up of the web site pages. I chose the 40 month aged Parmigiano and checking out was a breeze. I was surprised that some of the best Parmigiano in the world was not much more per kilo than what is readily available, but not nearly as superior in quality, in my local grocery here in Florida, USA. I was pleasantly surprised when the cheese arrived less than 36 hours after I had placed my order. In fact, it took less than 48 hours from the time the shipping company took posession of the item until it arrived at my door. Keep in mind that it traveled more than 5,000 miles, or about 8,500 kilometers, to reach my home and it was still quite cool when I opened the package. The Red Cows Parmigiano Reggiano is simply delicious, the best I have ever eaten, and I lived in Europe for several years back in the 1970's. I cannot say enough about my entire experience shopping with ParmaShop. The customer service is nonpareil, and the 40 month aged Red Cows Parmigiano Reggiano is simply fantastic. Ich bin schon länger Kunde bei Parmashop. Habe zuletzt u.a. Schinken bestellt. Die Qualität im Hinblick auf Abfall an Schwarte, war schlecht. Habe dies auch an das Unternehmen geschrieben und Bilder geschickt, bis heute habe ich keine für mich befriedigende Antwort. Der Abfall betrug im Verhältnis zur Ware rd. 23%!! Ich bin absolut nicht zufrieden

I have been using Parma Shop for many years and have had only one bad experience, which they immediately corrected. The issue was that I had ordered cheeses in the hottest of the summer months (I live in the U.S.A.). When I received the cheeses, they were practically melted. The small ice packs that were packed in the container, did not do anything to keep the cheese cool. I immediately sent them a message, and it was remedied that day. With no questions asked. From the cheese selection to the vinegars and oils, I have always enjoyed the quality. The price is very reasonable. The personnel at Parma Shop are accommodating and care very much about their customer service. I will absolutely continue to do business with them, albeit in the cooler months of the year. I am more than happy to give a 5-star rating. Grazie Parma Shop

Every order arrives quickly, reliably, and perfectly packed. You can tell they truly care about their products and customers.
