Con Parmashop tutta la mia fiduce! UPS invece, che dovevano portare il pacco a casa mia, é un catastrofe!! 6 giorni dopo l áquisto, Il 3 ottobre alle ore 15, ho ricevuto un messaggio che mi dovevano portare il pacco dalle ore 10 -14 lo stesso giorno! Il pacco non arrivai. Al giorno dopo un messaggio nuovo che avevano cambiato giorno della fornitura. Cosi hanno continuato ancora quattro giorni e poi non ho sentito niente. In ultimo ho telefono al UPS e mi hanno risposto che il pacco si trovava al tabaccaio in vicino e non si poteva sapere perché non mi avevano dato un messaggio! Il formaggio sembrava ok, un po di grasso sciolto solo. Mi ha fatto 10 giorni a trovarlo! Per favore cambia fornitore!

We keep coming back to Parma Shop because the cheese and vinegar are delicious, the service is reliable and on time, and they communicate well to let you know what is going on. Even though our package has to come across the Atlantic Ocean, it was still cool when it arrived in Florida (the day before the hurricane). I love the pens with the Italian colors that were tucked inside my package. They were a fun treat!
