Tutto ok eccetto la consegna. Pur essendo in casa, il corriere ha lasciato il pacco in giardino (senza suonare il campanello) sotto il sole e con una temperatura di 38 gradi.

rascher Versand,hübsch verpackt und sehr gute Qualität. Irgendwie hat man das Gefühl, dass die Produkte aber auch der Verkauf mit Liebe ausgesucht und ausgeführt werden. Schön, dass es noch gibt.

We love the variety at the site and also the shipping is very fast. The amazing taste of real parmesan is so lovely. Also, we always receive a small gift with our shipment which is really nice. First time there wasn't any cooling elements in the box and the box was enormous compared to what was inside. The second time there was cooling elements and box fitted the size of what was inside.

I have ordered from the ParmaShop many times and each time it was easy and the products are the best!!! I appreciate the continued increase in products being made available and love the cheeses!!!!

I don't typically write reviews but I want others to be aware of my experience. I read so many great comments about the excellent service and quick delivery that I decided to order this cheese for my husband's birthday. It was suppose to arrive 3 days before his birthday (July 2) but it never showed nor was I notified of the delay. So I emailed the company and heard Chiara who told me a week later the hold up was "operational delays", if my package cannot be located "you will get a full refund or a new shipment". The cheese arrived 2 weeks late. You could see that the fat had solidified after sitting in the warm temps for so long. Chiara told me the "product has arrived, and it has arrived perfectly" therefore I could not get a full refund or replacement. Chiara always responded quickly and refunded $10, however I was sorely disappointed and frustrated in their responsibility of delivering a great product in an efficient time.

Dear Customer, we thank you for sharing your experience, in spite of the 1 star-feedback that, unfortunately, does not fully consider the objectivity of facts - and it is a pity, in general, when customers "don't typically write reviews" but only report bad aspects of any experience. As our Customer Service already wrote you, we many times apologized for the delay, which was caused by operations at the Customs. This is a process that has to be considered when a customer imports into e non-EU country, and this process delayed your delivery. As the estimated delivery date was not respected, we issued a partial refund. We further confirm that the pictures you sent to our Customer Service showed a good cheese. We would never assert that the cheese is good and safe to eat if it is not. We can understand your disappointment as the gift arrived late for the occasion. As per our conditions, any Customer can apply the Right of Withdrawal: any customer can withdraw from the contract by returning the product and obtain an immediate full refund, as the Customer Service reminded you privately. The full refund was not issued as we never received this order back.

Compré por segunda vez en PARMASHOP luego de la excelente experiencia de la primera compra. Lo único y es una opinión personal, me gustó más el Parmesano de 48 meses de las Vacas Rosas que el Parmesano q compré ahora a pesar de tener 7 años de añejamiento. Es raro pero así fue. Sin embargo igualmente está muy rico.
