I had GREAT experience buying from ParmaShop. I am in the US and we had a hiccup in customs. ParmaShop impressed me by responding promptly and taking care of the problem. The quality of the items is also amazing. I purchased as a gift form an older Italian friend and he loved the cheese. I would definitely purchase again from this shop.

Hi Good arrived to right now, one day later than anticipated Anyway all Løkka good but temperature in box were way to high so next time we need to go for a faster shipment.

Another delicious shipment at a very reasonable price all the way to the US. I'm hooked! I only wish the packaging could somehow be sustainable, I can't recycle styrofoam.

Hello Peter, we are sorry for your dissatisfaction in spite of the many successful orders. A slight delay at the Customs might happen and this does not depend on the carrier or on the seller - this type of bureaucracy is mostly out of our control. Anyway, as per our private messages, we want to reassure you that if the cheese is a bit warm at the end of a trip, this is not a problem. Our customer service is available to assess any situation and give suggestions or solutions in case of doubts.

Great cheese. Unhappy with the shipping cost bait and switch (required to pay extra 10 Euros a few days after making the order, before package would be shipped) Should get the correct shipping cost up front!

As promised, delicate but tasty cheese, a little more expensive compared to another leading mail order genuine Italian foods distrisbutor. Would buy again on quality and depending on competitve price. Much cheaper than American grocery store pricing.
