Shopping is easy and delectable. International shipping can be a little complex but always works out fine. The cheese often comes with little treats, which are like souvenirs of an actual trip to Italy. And the cheese is fantastic.

Esta última vez no ha ido nada bien, y no por culpa de ParmaShop, si no del transportista de DHL, que en lugar de entregarme la mercancía a domicilio, la dejó en un punto de distribución. Me lo comunicaron un viernes a mediodía, y cuando fui a la tabaquera que me indicaron, estaba cerrada hasta el lunes. El lunes fui otra vez a recogerla: el queso pecorino había sudado toda la grasa y ahora es una piedra, y el salame parecía hervido. No he tenido tiempo de comunicarlo a Parmashop y al acercarse las vacaciones tampoco he pedido un nuevo envío, pero deberían revisar sus transportistas, donde vivo DHL no lo quiere nadie, son lo peor de lo peor, tardan mucho, jamás entregan a domicilio y notifican con mínimo un día de retardo.

Estoy muy satisfecho con la compra en ParmaShop. La compra fue fácil, y el envío muy rápido, llegando el paquete en perfectas condiciones. Es de agradecer especialmente el embalaje y la entrega tan rápida con Fedex, en unas condiciones de mucho calor veraniego.

The products ordered are exceptional! Parmigiano Reggiano, balsamic vinegar, cold cuts, olive oil, all of these are dreamy. But there is something that surpasses everything: the experience of buying from these wonderful people! They packed everything as if it were a valuable treasure, sent the package in a thermo-insulated box with dry ice inside and made sure that the package left on a Monday so that it wouldn't stay in the courier's warehouses over the weekend. This attention to detail and to their wonderful products as well as to their customers is priceless! Hats off!

July 7, 2025 From the inception of my search for Red Cows Parmigiano Reggiano on the ParmaShop site I was pleased with the set up of the web site pages. I chose the 40 month aged Parmigiano and checking out was a breeze. I was surprised that some of the best Parmigiano in the world was not much more per kilo than what is readily available, but not nearly as superior in quality, in my local grocery here in Florida, USA. I was pleasantly surprised when the cheese arrived less than 36 hours after I had placed my order. In fact, it took less than 48 hours from the time the shipping company took posession of the item until it arrived at my door. Keep in mind that it traveled more than 5,000 miles, or about 8,500 kilometers, to reach my home and it was still quite cool when I opened the package. The Red Cows Parmigiano Reggiano is simply delicious, the best I have ever eaten, and I lived in Europe for several years back in the 1970's. I cannot say enough about my entire experience shopping with ParmaShop. The customer service is nonpareil, and the 40 month aged Red Cows Parmigiano Reggiano is simply fantastic. All my friends who I have shared the chees with agree, it is the best! Grazie, Doug, Florida, USA.

Ich bin schon länger Kunde bei Parmashop. Habe zuletzt u.a. Schinken bestellt. Die Qualität im Hinblick auf Abfall an Schwarte, war schlecht. Habe dies auch an das Unternehmen geschrieben und Bilder geschickt, bis heute habe ich keine für mich befriedigende Antwort. Der Abfall betrug im Verhältnis zur Ware rd. 23%!! Ich bin absolut nicht zufrieden
