Everything came as expected, however, the sizes were smaller than I anticipated. It would be helpful to clearly identify the sizing.

I did not get my order. The spediteur UPS did not deliver the parcel. I hope Parmashop change spediteur to a other who is abel to deliver

Buongiorno and Happy Thanksgiving. I love the cheese and the quick delivery. The staff is wonderful and always helpful if I have a question. I already gave half the cheese to my daughter Carol and last night I grated some on my pasta fagioli Happy Holidays

The ease ordering was excellent, and the products were shipped promptly, although delivery was delayed by bad weather in Portugal. The cheeses, especially the parmigiano, were excellent, but the fiocco was drier and stronger than I expected. This is probably the result of my lack of prior experience with fiocco. Unfortunately, it is not economical to order an entire proscuitto for one person, or I would have done that! Overall, I was very satisfied and will order the on a regular basis, as it is otherwise impossible to obtain it in northern Portugal

I live in Japan but grew up in South America and Europe so there was no Christmas without a panettone but just this year, I was diagnosed gluten intolerant. Living in Japan, it is not easy to find a good panettone and a gluten free one is mission impossible. There is just none. I was extremely excited when I found gluten free panettone at the ParmaShop and that they can ship it to Japan. There is only 1 gluten free panettone but for someone who thought that would pass the first Christmas without a panettone, that was a salvation. ParmaShop saved my Christmas. They were extremely fast on dispatching the order. My only observation would be the UPS services. They inform you of the whereabouts of the shipment up to a certain point and then suddenly, you have to contact the local subsidiary to know what is going on. I had better experiences with DHL because they keep you informed all the way through.
