Ja ich hab bereits mehrere Gustostücke gekauft und bin sehr begeistert davon und habe niemals Probleme gehabt, sei es mit der Bestellten Ware noch mit dem Versand. Wer qualitative Waren haben will, der sollte auch gerne bereit sein für etwas mehr Geld zu bezahlen. Ich würde es immer wieder gerne machen, da die Speisen es einfach wiedergeben und es einfach besser schmeckt.😋

You shipped very quickly. The package arrived quickly. The receiver (my parents) thought it was WONDERFUL, but are delayed in tasting the EVOO and the cheese.

we are surprised to read such a negative review, especially since you have been our customer for a long time and know well our punctuality and reliability. Your order was shipped on time and is fully trackable. The delay is not related to us, but entirely due to the new U.S. customs and FDA procedures, effective since August 29, which are causing significant slowdowns for many food shipments. A quick check with the courier or U.S. customs would have immediately clarified the situation, instead of publishing a public review that does not reflect the facts. Best regards, Parmashop

The products are great, transportation is a disaster, don't use FedEx anymore please. They promised delivery on a Thursday before 18, the products was delivered three days later Best regards

I have used Parmashop several times and I'm very happy. I can get products which are unavailable in my country. My orders have always arrived in time and are shipped perfectly with cooling elements and in cardboard boxes.

Generally their claim handling is unprofessional, they respond with emotional prejudice and have delusional view of their competence. Totally arrogant and no tolerance criticism for their work. In other words amateurs. There's separate email conversation available, which proves my conclusions presented here.
