I am a Parmashop customer since 2018 and I am always satisfied.

I have been using Parma Shop for many years and have had only one bad experience, which they immediately corrected. The issue was that I had ordered cheeses in the hottest of the summer months (I live in the U.S.A.). When I received the cheeses, they were practically melted. The small ice packs that were packed in the container, did not do anything to keep the cheese cool. I immediately sent them a message, and it was remedied that day. With no questions asked. From the cheese selection to the vinegars and oils, I have always enjoyed the quality. The price is very reasonable. The personnel at Parma Shop are accommodating and care very much about their customer service. I will absolutely continue to do business with them, albeit in the cooler months of the year. I am more than happy to give a 5-star rating. Grazie Parma Shop

I absolutely love shopping at Parma Shop! They offer genuine PDO products like Parmigiano Reggiano directly from the region of origin – and the quality is outstanding. Every order arrives quickly, reliably, and perfectly packed. You can tell they truly care about their products and customers. A wonderful, trustworthy shop with an excellent selection – highly recommended!

Ich habe schon öfter bei dieser Firma eingekauft und war bis jetzt immer zufrieden! Gute Produkte die auch wirklich schmecken! In Deutschland kann man davon nur träumen! Die Produkte sind allemal ihren Preis wert! Die Lieferung mit UPS ist sehr oft sehr schnell und zuverlässig! Von Italien bis Deutschland 2 Tage absolut top!

I've ordered cheese several times from ParmaShop over the years and this time was no different to the others. The perfectly packaged product arrived in California in just a few short days and we've been enjoying it ever since.
