Shipping to US was pretty fast but no access to updates until it was in country. Everything well packed (10 kg) and arrived as described, although the cold packs were no longer viable. Ultimately, I recommend and will order again.

The products are great and shipping time and costs were quite reasonable - but I wasn't aware that I would - in addition to the invoice price - pay customs in the UK, which I only learned when UPS went to deliver. This added a substantial amount to the price, making this purchase too expensive.

Wie immer prompte und zuverlässige Abwicklung der Bestellung. So guten Parmigiano Reggiano bekommen wir bei uns nicht zu kaufen, nicht zu diesem Preis und so unkompliziert, da wir nicht wegen eines einzelnen Kilogramms Käse einen weit entfernt liegenden Laden aufsuchen wolle. Weiter so!
