I have ordered parmesan cheese from your site for many years and the product has been wonderful. The 3 wedges I recently ordered arrived warm and the cheese is a very dense, waxy texture without the usual flavor. I'm not sure if the product or the temperature was the problem so I will likely find another source.

Our Customer Service is always ready to answer questions and help in case of any doubt or problem and, perhaps, if one of the many orders you placed did not go smooth from your point of view, an email, message and request of advise would have been the solution. We are sorry we have never received something similar, but only a negative review.
