ear Customer, we are sorry for the inconvenience reported. However, the item has been washed after use, and it is no longer possible to verify its original condition. We would also like to remind that it is essential to carefully follow the washing instructions indicated on the product label, as improper handling may compromise the item’s characteristics. As per our return policy, we are therefore unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items that have already been used and washed. We remain at your disposal for any further clarification. I'm very dissatisfied with my interaction with this store. While communication and shipping speed were excellent, I started having problems with returns. The store reduced the refund amount by the shipping cost, which is understandable, but the amount is higher than it actually was (attached). They state that this is company policy. They make money off customer shipments, which is very unfair. I don't recommend them. Furthermore, you have to consider that this is an Italian website, and although they ship throughout Europe, the sizes listed are Italian, which is fine, but there's no information about this, and I was misled. I think I'm not the only one.

Dear customer, as already explained before you left your review, return shipping costs are not covered by the seller. As clearly stated in our policy, available on our website before purchase, in case of return neither the original shipping costs nor the return shipping costs are refunded, as they are the responsibility of the customer. In your specific case, since the shipment was international to 80-283 Gdansk, Poland, it is normal that the costs are higher. These conditions are clearly stated before purchase and accepted at the time of order. We are sorry that your experience was not satisfactory, however we operate in full compliance with our sales policy, ensuring transparency and fairness.
