Due to the elevated sales this time of year, at times the inventory online doesn't always update immediately, so the product isn't deleted from the website. My shopping experience was actually disappointing. I ordered a Fortunata line patchwork handbag and to me the handbags that were actually available to ship did not look like the Internet site photos nor what I remember in person at the factory store last year in September. I feel the quality level has changed since my visit. After reviewing other handbag options via email, I decided to request a refund. Appreciate the cooperation of the staff I worked with on email.
