Except for the delay in delivery, all was wonderful! Shoes were beautifully made and also very comfortable. Didn’t even need to break them in! I did wish the packaging would be better to elevate the experience as a customer!

Thank you for following up. Overall, I am pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of the wallet I received—it's a beautiful piece, and I appreciate the attention to detail. That said, the delivery experience had some challenges. There was a delay in receiving the package, and I was unexpectedly asked to pay additional customs/VAT charges, even though I had already settled them earlier in the day. This created some confusion and inconvenience with the local courier. I believe this aspect could be improved by providing clearer information about potential duties during checkout and ensuring smoother coordination with shipping partners. Thank you again for your product and service—I look forward to shopping with you again in the future. Despite the shipping issue, the product itself and communication from the brand were solid, so a 4-star rating reflects a mostly positive experience with room for improvement on logistics.

I had seen this leather pineapple key chain from a friend at work. and liked it very much. They'd gotten it on a trip to Italy. I was delighted to have found it in line for sale! It arrived in the mail very quickly! It is nicely made and is as good looking as my friends. Only one disappointment. The green cord that is attached to the key ring is rather short. My friends key chain has a longer green cord, making it a bit easier to use.

Avevo ordinato guanti di pelle marrone ma quello colori non era disponibile. Dunque cambio per guanti neri. La qualità è ottima anche la communication . Grazie
