Le scarpe sono belle , come me le aspettavo, ma l’esperienza d’acquisto non e’ stata molto Positiva. Da un sito in line ti aspetti una tabella taglie dettagliata e un supporto che invece è’ arrivato dopo 14 ore!

Sempre ottimo rapporto qualità costo. Arrivo sempre veloce, però per una volta ha lasciato a desiderare nel punto di cambio merci (reso) mandato mail ma no risponde nessuno.

As I could not find the shoes in my size in the Pittarello shop in Graz, the sales lady suggested to look online. Indeed, the shoes were available in my requested size. I was told by the staff in Graz that the delivery would take around 2 working days. I ordered the shoes on 05th June as I needed them on 12th June, thinking this should be no problem. And considering the very high delivery costs of € 10,- (!!) I expected a fast delivery. As the shoes hadn´t arrived by the 09th I sent an e-mail to customer service. Unfortunately no reply. The shoes arrived at the end on the 14th June - too late for the event I needed them for. All correspondence I received - I presume they confirmed the departure of the shoes - were in italien language. This is very poor customer service! I am from Austria. At least english would be expected! I will never again order from Pittarello. Long delivery time, very high freight costs, no customer service, wrong language. Also the customer service in the shop in Graz is terrible. The return of items is not possible, unless you choose another item immediately. In no other shop in Graz I have ever experienced such customer unfriendly conditions. At every supermarket I can return items and receive my money back or at least a voucher. My experience was very poor.
