Our visit to the 'Piadina Experience' was fantastic. A private appointment was arranged for us, and we received a tour just for the two of us! The combination of multimedia presentations, real artifacts, and the lively explanations of our museum guide gave us a deep insight into the history of piadina. The tour was in English, but very easy to understand with our school English. We could ask questions at any time. We also learned quite a bit about the region and the people. The production area can be viewed through a glass tunnel. It's possible to book a baking class; we opted out (today). Finally, there was a delicious tasting. Since we developed a taste for piadina on vacation and sampled our way through various piadine from restaurant to restaurant, we stocked up in the shop at the end. We highly recommend checking this place out!
