I bought a pair of Rudy Project Stellar Crystal Avio Fade Sky and unfortunately can’t recommend them. Within 2 weeks of normal use, one of the bolts on the frame came loose. I reached out to customer service and was told a replacement bolt would be sent to me, but I never received it. Because I had already installed expensive prescription lenses in these frames, I’m now paying out of pocket to have the repair done elsewhere rather than risk losing the lenses. The product quality didn’t meet my expectations LATER EDIT 1: They posted me the screwdriver, I received it. Unfortunately they ignore that the problem is the quality of the product. I own a few iFixit kits, I didn’t need a screwdriver. Quality is not as expected. LATER EDIT 2: the model I bought is Stellar Crystal Avio Fade Sky. Nice design, worst possible quality. Avoid.

After I received my order, it turned out that I had ordered the wrong nose piece. Rudy Projects then sent me the correct one at their expense. I had excellent communication with the after-sales department.

Website experience was alright . Stock images for replacement lens make it confusing to choose the right lense. Shipping partner UPS has really bad service in Dublin Ireland with home delivery being a time consuming affair because of poor service by UPS.
