The shopping as well as products are excellent, the reason for 3 stars is that I have send more than 3 messages asking for a tracking Nr and/or delivery time and NO ONE from your company reply to me at any of my messages.

II had excellent service after ordering on line . I received emails advising me about the status of the order.. when the order was processed, when it was shipped, how to track it and when it was delivered . From the day I ordered the product until I received it was only a few days. And of course, I love the product!!,(Peschiole al Tartufo )

Ordering was easy. After my payment, I received the products within a few working days. Savini Tartufi sent a track and trace, which is very convenient. The products were excellently packaged and I received them in goog condition. (My only suggestion here is to use a more environmental friendly filling material for padding.) Savini Tartufi offers a very pleasant online shopping experience.

We originally went out truffle hunting with Savini Tartufi’s exceptional canines! Such a special experience. While we had an opportunity to purchase some items, I was really hoping to fill our pantry once stateside in US. So easy, so fair, so efficient, so fun! We’ve been enjoying these treats amongst family and neighbors since our box arrived. All beautifully packaged- all delicious. Thank you for continuing our wonderful experience and memories!! Abito molto vicino all’azienda, ma ho voluto provare l’acquisto online. Buon tartufo. Consegnato già pulito, in una confezione di grande stile. Imballaggio perfetto. Azienda che si distingue, complimenti.
