Great Order Process, Great Product, Great fulfillment. I already owned a Respiro Relaxed. But surgery related me to an old stationry for a while. I like the Respiro Relaxed on my daily ride, I thought my stationary deserved an upgrade while it was riding me over. I'm old and beat up - Selle-Royal's comfort saddles keep me riding.

Why on earth would you ship an inexpensive ordinary accessory as “signature required” delivery? I am away and now the delivery of this little item is wasting my time and energy — and now costing me an extra charge to have it held at a UPS store. Yeesh…will never do this again!

Excellent experience with Selle Royal—great product quality and customer service. Unfortunately, the delivery by UPS was disappointing. The package was delivered to a pickup point instead of my home address, and this is not the first time this has happened. I hope this issue can be addressed, as it detracts from an otherwise excellent customer experience.
