First of all, we are sincerely sorry for what happened and we would like to explain to you how we work: all our products (machines, overlockers, etc.) are appropriately tested by a technician before being shipped. For mannequins, the box is opened and checked to ensure that all parts are present and that there is no damage to the contents. We have shipped dozens of mannequins to Vietnam, Thailand (with customers who ordered 1 piece and after a few months another 3), Jordan, USA, Oman, Greece and all European countries without ever having any problems. The damage indicated is certainly due to transport, which is why we ask customers to always sign with reservation the acceptance of the package, but normally we could open a complaint within 8 days of delivery, not after 20 days. In any case, if you agree we can send the shoulder caps and if you want to send us the mannequin we will have it checked at the factory at our expense. We are confident that we can resolve the issue and, awaiting a response, we remain available for any further requests.
